Google Analytics data is anonymized (IP anonymization enabled) and is not shared with third parties for advertising. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
2.3 Marketing Cookies
We currently do not use marketing or advertising cookies on the MCM Portal. If this changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies may be set by third-party services embedded on our pages:
- Google Analytics: Website usage analytics (see section 2.2)
- Google OAuth: Authentication cookies set during the sign-in flow
We do not allow third-party advertising networks to place cookies on our Portal.
4. How to Manage Cookies
4.1 Browser Settings
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically view, delete, or block cookies.
4.2 Google Analytics Opt-Out
Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt out of tracking across all websites.
4.3 Do Not Track
The MCM Portal respects the Do Not Track (DNT) browser signal. When DNT is enabled, analytics cookies will not be loaded.
5. Cookie Consent
When you first visit the MCM Portal, a cookie consent banner appears allowing you to:
- Accept All: Enable all cookie categories including analytics
- Necessary Only: Only allow strictly necessary cookies for authentication
You can change your preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer.
6. Data Retention
Cookie data is retained only for the duration specified in the tables above. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form for up to 26 months in Google Analytics, then automatically deleted.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, legislation, or our practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
